OUR TEAM
Rochelle Dolan
REALTOR® S.0190578
Rochelle grew up in rural southeastern Washington, in the farming community of the Tri-Cities. That is Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland. They grow apples, cherries,
potatoes, corn, soy, onions, wheat, as well as livestock. She spent many summers on the potato digging machines, laying handlines for watering, and raising pigs for the 4-H fair presentations.
When Rochelle first came to Las Vegas in 2003, she was a Cocktail Waitress at the infamous Riviera Hotel and Casino, enjoying the excitement of the glittery Las Vegas strip. All that glitter fades eventually, and she was hired by the City of North Las Vegas, where she was a 911 operator. Rochelle eventually met my husband, who is a patrolman still (22+ years of service). She was with the city, answering both emergency and non-emergency calls for over 5 years, until the economic downturn of 2010. Rochelle learned a lot about the needs of the community while working there, and in the times of personal crisis, the limitations the departments face. It was a great learning experience. But, when the city made an offer of a buy-out that meant she could stay home with her adopted children, she could not pass it up.
While home with her children, Rochelle went back to school and studied nursing. She graduated with her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from the College of Southern Nevada in 2005 and continues to work as a Registered Nurse today. She has gone on to earn her bachelor’s degree and is working on her Master’s. As a nurse, and a curious person by nature, she has worked in many different areas of nursing. She has worked in cardiac units, intermediate care units, adult and adolescent psychiatric units, adult detention centers, wound care, as a clinical instructor in the college, and in home health. She absolutely loved home health.
One of the passions Rochelle has always had was home renovations and decorating. She loves going to tile stores, Home Depot and Lowe’s, home and garden expos, and watching shows depicting transformations. This led her to get her real estate license. Together with her husband William, she had already remodeled and renovated three of her own homes, worked with many contractors (some great, some terrible), she thought that this was something that she could do. Turns out, she was right!
Rochelle credits her success in real estate with the training she has learned throughout her work history. She will get hands dirty when needed, like she did while working on the farm. She can handle pressure, crisis, and uncertainty, like she did with 911. She can please customers, not with alcohol, but with the congeniality necessary for the Riviera Hotel and Casino. Nursing though, has been the best preparation for this real estate career, especially with the creation of this new company, MoveMint Home Solutions LLC. Nursing taught patience, compassion, and a task management system that could never be learned in another environment.
The idea of MoveMint Home Solutions LLC came to Rochelle, when her real estate partner, Stacy Common, and she would go to meet senior clients. Together, they
kept hearing a familiar story of how a senior client had been taken advantage of by a greedy or unethical contractor. Charging the senior outlandish pricing, not finishing work that was discussed, or delivering poor products. Another common theme was that the family members of the seniors were either not living here in Las Vegas or the surrounding area, OR they all work full-time and are not able to assist them with their relocation needs. Things like packing, donations, selling items for downsizing, cleaning, etc. But these seniors still needed help in relocating. This also did not apply to just seniors, really anyone who is alone or in need of some help without feeling like they are lost, alone, or overwhelmed in this process.
We also hear how seniors want to be able to stay in their homes, but the house itself is becoming non-manageable for them. Basic monthly and annual repair items are not being address and this is creating costly problems. Couple those issues with unethical contractors, and the distress is too much. Some of our other clients can do some things, can drive to the store to get small items, but cannot lift heavier things (bottled water, dog food, littler, soda), which impacts quality of life. Others just need a little help with housekeeping, reminders, and appointment set-up, but their families are busy. While working as a home health nurse, most of Rochelle’s visits were not spent nursing, but spent trying to remedy the basic needs in the house. So, the idea of creating a company that could address all the non-nursing needs to allow clients to stay home longer was born. This is what most people want anyways.
Now, if a client wants to stay home, and it is safe for them to do so, we can support them! When they are ready to make a move, we can help with the entire process of selling, packing, staging, cleaning, estate sale management (if needed), and the logistics of the move. Creating The MoveMint Maid Company LLC, helps support this endeavor by having professional cleaners available to help our clients. We want to make everyone as comfortable as possible with their life decisions. Where and how they make a home is a huge one! Supporting the clients, and their families, is an extremely important part of this process. Our job is to be an advocate for our clients. This is more than real estate, it is more than a service contract, it is taking care of people, which we love to do.
As a team we have been busy building these companies, not only with Stacy Common, but her husband Kenneth, Rochelle’s husband William, Rochelle’s sister
Erika, and her precocious children who range from 11-28 years of age. Without the support of these people, MoveMint Home Solutions LLC and The MoveMint Maid Company LLC would not be possible.

Stacy was amazing through the whole process of buying our first home. I would recommend her to anyone who was looking to buy or sell. 10/10 experience.
Stacy Common went above and beyond and provided a smooth experience us. She did all of the hard work for us and we were able to walk away with a home that checks all of our boxes! 10/10 recommend her for all of your moving needs whether it be renting or buying!
Stacy did a wonderful job helping us get into our first rental property out here in Vegas. We loved working with her!!
I was so thankful to have Stacy as my realtor. This was my first time selling a home, and she patiently walked me through the process. I knew I could trust her to take care of me and negotiate the best deal possible. I will definitely go with Stacy and Wardley Real Estate for any future realtor needs.
I used maybe 2 brain cells getting a house in Vegas. Stacy did everything for us. I told her what we were looking for and she was able to find exactly that. Quick responses. Never missed a phone call. Made this process too easy.
We had such a great experience with Stacy while moving from out of town, she went above and beyond to help us out and make the transition as smooth as it could be! We couldn’t be more grateful for all that she handled for us ! Thank you Stacy !
My experience with Stacy was perfect. Being a first time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for more from an agent. Stacy is extremely thorough, patient, and communicative. She used multiple forms of communication to make sure I was on top of any notices or changes. Her bright smile and agreeable demeanor worked well while navigating tours and sellers. In rating Stacy, the only drawback is that it doesn’t go above 5 stars.
Stacy was absolutely the best! This is how business should be conducted. Stacy was professional yet personable. She went out of her way to first help us find the home that we wanted. Once we found the home she walked us through the process was always available for our questions and also made sure we got the best deal possible. She made sure we were aware of pitfalls that can occur if certain safeguards weren’t included in our contract. Her attention to detail saved us money!!
