Absolutely. Every member of the Move Mint team undergoes a rigorous background check and is fully insured and bonded. We pride ourselves on sending the same familiar faces to your home to build trust and consistency.

Every visit is documented in our secure Client Portal. You will receive real-time updates, including photos of the home’s status, a log of completed tasks, and a “Mint Condition” checklist. You’ll never have to wonder if a lightbulb was changed or if the fridge is stocked—you’ll see the proof.

We are usually engaged by adult children who live out of town or have busy professional lives. They want to ensure their parents are living in a safe, “Mint Condition” home without having to manage every leaky faucet or grocery run from a distance.

No. We provide non-medical, environmental, and logistical support. While we don’t provide nursing care, we often work alongside home health teams to ensure the home environment is safe, stocked, and functioning perfectly for the resident and their care team.
